Obaidullah Ranjbar is a distinguished expert in communication technology and cybersecurity, holding an MCS degree. He currently holds the esteemed position of Dean of the BCS faculty at Moraa Educational Complex. With a rich background of over a decade in teaching at various private universities, Ranjbar has also conducted training programs as a master trainer for UNAMA agencies including UNOPS, UNESCO, UNWOMEN, UNMAS, and UNFPA.

Abdulhakim Hekmat is a seasoned IT and Telecommunications engineer with a master's degree in computer engineering. Presently, he serves as the Head of the Computer Science faculty at Moraa Educational Complex. With over four years of diverse professional experience at esteemed institutions such as the Ministry of Water and Electricity, Ministry of Telecommunications, AGA KHAN HEALTH SERVICE, Afghan Telecom Company, among others, spanning from 2017 to 2018 and 2021 to 2023, Mr.Hekmat has honed his expertise in the field.
